 I was 16 years old and landed a weekend job at my local radio station.

It's there I discovered that I loved working with people. Through sheer determination 

                     I worked my way up to Series Producer of award winning content for all the 

                                                                      big UK networks, including the BBC and other national and  international distributors.

                                                                                                                                                                           

 

                                      Understanding an audience, their needs and motivations, developing ideas that resonate 

                                                     through compelling story telling to inspire thought, ignite action and stir the heart ;

       It's what I've done throughout my whole career.

                                             

I'm driven to make a big difference. 

Where most people walk away from problems and challenges I’m usually wading in to large,

matrix organisations, difficult teams, siloed stakeholders or brand new situations.

Where building rapid rapport and facilitation and collaboration is required, I'm there.

I get things done quickly and efficiently and have perfected the art of navigating

through bureaucracy, hierarchy and ambiguity. I find it really good fun!

 

The world is facing enormous change and overwhelming problems,

life's complex and messy. 

We need to understand each other, build empathy and work together to find a way forward.

This is why I am drawn to the world of design thinking.

I love complex systems, services, organisations and I get people.
